Could, would and should… the 3 most harmful words in the English language. Notice the thoughts and let them pass. Thoughts are just that, thoughts. It’s what we do with them.
Sexual frustration, lack of emotional intimacy. We both are trying. We talked a little, hugged, and she is back to watching episodes of The Andy Griffith Show. I could “de-construct” me for her, used ,”could” again there. Going swimming in a short. A good reset for me.
I do understand. Swimming will help clear the thoughts and adjust your mood. ♥ I took the dogs to the park today to help keep my mood up and thoughts positive. Astounding what outside and exercise does for the body and mind.
This hit me like a ton of bricks. Mostly fatigue. I tell you, writing erotic fiction keeps me tolerant, because it challenges me to get “into the head” of someone different from me.
