Spend a little time naked every day. After showering, just be naked, both boys and girls.
I just had my shower. I’m enjoying the feeling of air on my skin. It’s a little cool, but that’s OK.
OK, back to clothing.

David the brings to mind an older movie with Terry Bradshaw in it where had a room in his house called his naked room.
Great idea
i do enjoy being naked every day for about 15 minutess. for the winter solstice Mistress Kate, some of Her friends and i danced mnaked around a bomb fire. it was 5 outside and we all had boots on. Good times. Hope you get some rest and feel better .
