I have reported about my weight loss for several weeks. Sunday I tried on one of my “skinny suits” and it fit! So I tried on a jacket and trousers that I had not worn in years. They fit too. For the AA meeting today I wore my jacket and tie. The immediate response and running joke at AA when one shows up dressed up is, “How did court go today?” Or “What time is the funeral?”
But I dressed up just for fun. And wearing a jacket and tie is almost comfortable when not required to be worn.
So anyway, here is the lame-ass selfie I took.
Out of curiosity, are any of you ladies out there sexually attracted to men wearing suits and ties?

Sure am! Though I love seeing Daddy in his Wranglers too. Congrats on the weight loss!
Thanks for the input. Mrs CorC? and I go to dinner quite a bit. I noticed that most adult males dress like children, meaning jeans or shorts and a tee shirt. I must confess I sometimes go out dressed that way. Maybe there is nothing “special” about dining out these days.
I suppose it is generational and dependent upon the place…my husband always wears a collared shirt, but only a suit if it is a fancy place & special occasion
Way to go on the weight loss. Your selfie is nice. I think men dressed in suits, or even pairing a button down and tie with jeans to be very sexy. I think men lost something when they dress and get treated like children constantly.
Thank you. It has taken a lot of diligence. Weight Watchers is what I use and its greatest value is in learning how to re-think about what we eat.
You are right. It is hard to take men seriously when they don’t command respect.
It’s the associated good grooming that tends to go with the suits and ties that is so attractive. The difference between “I made the effort” and “why bother?”.
Your selfie isn’t lame. It’s nice.
Thank you.
