I do love enemas. There is a guy. Calls himself a doctor. Travels the country giving people different enemas, teaching them how to do them for themselves. Totally underground thing. He is an advocate for natural health.
I’m considering it. Not that I would travel. But there is a lot misinformation about enemas and there is a learning curve. Lol
