Every time I see “The Truth About…” in the subject line of an email, I know it is some sort of con job.
This news is about a decade old. 😉
And it still trips some people up.

No you’re fine. It just dawned on me today.
Honestly I haven’t dug too much into it and I don’t remember where I learned this. I just feel like I’ve known it forever but perhaps you have a better first-hand understanding than myself.
No it’s mostly from sites interested in producing “click bait”. We have a conceit that we want to be among the “insiders”.But how many people privy to the secret inside information can there be? A few million? That is fine if what one really wants to do is build traffic to the site.
Yeah, that sounds fair.
